Are there any techs?

Hey. I was wondering if someone of you people is good with computers and stuff. I'm seeking for people who can:
-Make good looking Flash Prelodaders. (For Collabs and Joints.)
-Can make a button for the global messages, I mean, these don't fit with a dark BG...
-Can make post rank icons.
-Make our on NGP theme.
Please comment if you can do some of these things.
